Workshop Dates
6 days of EMF classes will be held quarterly: March, June, September, and November. Class is size limited to eight so register early! Classes can be done in segments in different weekends as well.

Phase I – Basic Training - Wisdom and Emotions
- Balances the head and the heart, resulting in stress reduction and an energy pattern of freedom and well being. This session releases stress and enforces a new pattern of freedom and well-being. Feel the energetic balance, and nurture the connection between the head and the heart.

Phase II - Basic Training - Self Direction and Self Support
